Order Processing

Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 5 business days to let you know your order is on the way! For pre-order items, please be sure to note future shipping dates before placing order.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer a selection of USPS and UPS services to best serve your domestic shipping needs. Please note that estimated delivery dates do not include processing times.

A small handling fee of $2 is applied to all domestic orders to cover packaging and fulfillment costs.

FREE GROUND SHIPPING is available on all U.S. domestic orders of $100 or more.

Sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, where applicable.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to all countries except the following: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the Crimea region of Ukraine, and the so-called Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republic in Ukraine.

We currently offer DHL Express for international orders. Shipping charges, including any duties and import taxes (such as VAT), will be calculated and displayed at checkout. This ensures no additional fees will be required upon delivery.

A $5 handling fee is applied to international orders to account for customs processing and packaging costs.

Estimated delivery times and shipping costs will vary based on your region.

All duties and taxes are prepaid at checkout, so you won’t be charged additional fees upon delivery.
