ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 5 business days to let you know your order is on the way! For pre-order items, please be sure to note future shipping dates before placing order.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer a number of USPS and UPS services to best serve your domestic shipping needs. Please note that estimated delivery dates do not account for processing times.
FREE GROUND SHIPPING is complimentary on all US domestic orders $100 and above.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to all countries except the following: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the Crimea region of Ukraine, and the so-called Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republic in Ukraine.
We currently offer UPS and USPS shipping services for international orders. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times and prices will vary depending on region.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Wakefield District is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Standard delivery usually takes around 3-5 business days. We currently offer a number of carrier service options to suit your delivery needs.
If your order hasn't arrived after two weeks, please contact us and we will look into the details.
Our customers' satisfaction is our number one priority.
We offer a full refund when the product has not been opened and is unused. Returns accepted within 30 days of date of delivery.
Please note that US domestic customers will be responsible for a $5 flat fee shipping cost, while international orders are subject to higher fees. There are no restocking fees.
Any returns must be in the original packaging, unworn/unused, with tags. Customized and sale items are not eligible for return nor exchange.

Products are stocked up on a regular basis.
